The individual hired for this role will grow and lead relationships with non-profit and government organizations in EMEA and build consumption of our vast array of communication channels and software. You will be directly responsible for protecting and growing Twilio's communications business across your assigned customers.  This role is highly cross functional, and your success will depend on building deep partnerships across product management, finance, support, marketing and operations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Take ownership of the accounts assigned, which qualify as net new (smaller spend).

  • Work with leadership on a GTM strategy to build our non-profit presence in a mix of markets, including Traditional Non-Profit, Humanitarian, Higher Education, Healthcare and Credit Unions.

  • Provide consultative support to customers to drive scale and success of their missions with Twilio products and solutions.

  • Work jointly with strategic partners to successfully ensure customer deployments are successful, both commercially and technically, driving long term success.

  • Qualify, structure, negotiate, close, and manage opportunities that will drive platform adoption, revenue, and customer acquisition.

  • Accurately forecast business for territory through the complete sales cycle.

  • Expand relationships with existing key customers by uncovering expansion opportunities, developing and driving go-to-market strategies.

  • Maintain relationships with Social Impact customers by providing support, information, and guidance on the best use of Twilio products to support their community needs.

  • Provide support for Social Impact activities through engaging with Twilio teams in partnership with key Twilio.org customers and partners. Be the face of Twilio.org to your Twilio counterparts.

  • This is a hunting focused role and the right person would be highly driven to build new relationships
