Lime is hiring a Network Administrator to join our IT team! In this role, you will report into the Head of IT. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our organization's local and wide area networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and possess excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams. This role is also responsible for corporate physical security standards, deployment and maintenance. 


The ideal candidate will have experience working in a startup culture. You will be comfortable working within an evolving environment. You are an in the moment problem solver and are able to stay focused on building and scaling for the future. You thrive on building relationships and uncover the employee sentiment around current offerings. 

We are a remote first company and for many roles, we welcome applications from anywhere we operate. It is preferred that this role is based within the US.


What You'll Do:

  • Install, configure and maintain hardware and software for Network and Physical Security devices
  • Monitor network and security performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Ensure network security and implement access controls
  • Create and maintain network standardized documentation, including diagrams and configurations
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth network and security operation
  • Provide end-user support for network-related issues
  • Stay current with emerging network technologies and trends


About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Relevant networking certifications will be considered as well.
  • 3+ years of experience in network administration.
  • Strong knowledge of network hardware, software, and protocols, including Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet and other devices.
  • Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN technologies.
  • Familiarity with Physical Security platforms and have the ability to deploy and support physical security hardware.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.


The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000.00 - $135,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
