Mortgage Loan Officer

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a personalized, consultative experience to clients, consistently exceeding expectations and maintaining a 5-star rating.
Educate clients on loan options, rates, and terms to empower informed decisions and ensure smooth transactions.
Submit clean, complete files to streamline processing and underwriting, proactively addressing any issues.
Ensure all loan applications comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, upholding the highest ethical standards.
Build and nurture client and partner relationships to generate repeat business and referrals, driving continuous growth.
Leverage technology, including LOS, POS and CRM systems to enhance efficiency and client service.
Contribute to a culture of kindness, integrity and innovation, supporting team success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration
Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Fixed/ Adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, DSCR, Bank Statement, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field
Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies
Understanding of originator software such as Encompass, LendingPad, Velocify, Calyx, and Office Suite is highly preferred.
Salary Details
Compensation Range: $50,000-$300,000+ (Commission Only)
This position is 100% commission-based. Compensation will vary based on individual production, with no base salary.
