The Opportunity
Our Marketing org is looking to bring on a Marketing Specialist to join the Boston-based team. This a contract role, estimated to be roughly 8 months in length.
What You’ll Do
Own the set-up of landing pages, design assets, email promotions and timelines for virtual and in-person events
Own the Immersive Labs webcast program, deciding content, working with presenters and orchestrating the execution of the programs end-to-end
Supporting our emerging Federal Government marketing initiatives through content production, field event execution and partner relationship management
Maintaining marketing inventory (giveaways, supplies, booth materials)
Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns aimed at existing customers, focusing on upselling additional products or services.
Manage our North American 3rd party content syndication programs and vendor relationships, optimizing programs for the best return, researching new partnership opportunities
Managing budget, raising purchase orders, ensuring vendors are accurately setup and accounted for in our internal systems
Who You Are
2-3 years experience in demand generation marketing or regional (field) marketing,
Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail for promotional emails, invitations and other event related materials
Strong event coordination skills: venue selection, customer speaker engagement, invitation, pre- and post-show planning, etc. that maximizes in-scope attendee registration and participation.
'Can-Do' attitude and thrives in building relationships with sales teams.
Highly organized, detail oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities involving multiple entities.
