Responsibilities

  • Facilitate product update communication with client partners including update confirmation, remediation, and scheduling needs.

  • Maintain the product updates calendar and internal scheduling between media and compliance teams in Salesforce/Outlook.

  • Coordinate compliance requests between client partners and our internal media and compliance teams.

  • Manage client approval requests for merchandising changes and/or tests. Including submission to the client, internal tracking of approvals, and coordination of requests between design, merchandising, compliance, and product development.

  • Inquisitive and proactive—you don’t wait for direction; you look for the “why” and bring solutions

  • Strong organizational habits and ability to context switch between quick-turn tasks and longer-term projects

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment—you’re resilient, flexible, and quick to adapt when priorities shift or projects evolve

  • Creative and can think outside the box for tooling or process solutions to improve workflows.

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience communicating directly with client partners and compliance teams
