Marketing Manager - Healthcare SaaS
1. Localized Brand Positioning & Reputation Building Develop and execute a regional brand strategy that resonates with ANZ healthcare priorities. Create messaging frameworks that differentiate Provation from incumbent competitors and align with local procurement norms and regulatory requirements. Tailor communications, success stories, and advocacy programs to reflect regional clinical workflows and policy influences. Build and activate go-to-market programs targeting competitor accounts. Develop and launch account-based marketing tactics for high-value targets. Performance Analysis & Reporting Provide regular reporting on pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI. Bachelor's degree in relevant field 5-8 years of relevant work experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare and/or SaaS. Proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. Strategic, solves complex problems working independently with minimal guidance. Experience marketing to healthcare stakeholders strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing technology (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Zapier, Canva). Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and digital platforms (Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud). Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal direction. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
