  • Produce monthly dashboards measuring socials & web performance and recommend optimisation actions.

  • Identify and coordinate non-IGS placement opportunities and outreach.

Events & presence

  • Plan, attend and execute IGS presence at three or more non-IGS in-person events per year (booth staffing coordination, speaker support, collateral).

  • Coordinate booth logistics and vendor relationships; brief external suppliers and outsource large-scale logistics where required.

  • Liaise with PR leads for IGS 4-yearly and regional conferences to add value via IGS channels.

  • Capture leads/metrics at events for timely follow-up.

Product & campaign marketing

  • Write and distribute press releases in line with product launches.

Brand stewardship & design

  • Ensure consistent application of the IGS brand across all outputs.

  • Produce or coordinate new brand collateral and brief/manage external designers for complex work; perform occasional document/layout design.

Member communications

  • Deliver or coordinate the delivery of member communications on a weekly basis, including blogs, newsletters, announcements, targeted campaigns.

Please note the duties and responsibilities set out are not exhaustive and the postholder may be required to undertake other duties commensurate with the role.
