As the Solutions Architecture Manager, you'll guide a group of talented architects who serve as strategic technical advisors, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to transform their development practices.

Your team of Solutions Architects will be the technical cornerstone of GitLab's enterprise relationships, architecting sophisticated solutions that drive customer success. They bring GitLab's powerful Enterprise Edition capabilities to life, crafting innovative approaches to complex technical and business challenges.

In this role, you will:

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of Solutions Architects who become trusted technology partners to our most strategic customers

• Drive technical excellence across customer engagements while ensuring your team delivers consistent, world-class experiences

• Partner closely with our sales organization to guide customers through their technology evaluation journey, turning technical validation into lasting business value

• Help your team bridge the gap between customer business objectives and GitLab's cutting-edge capabilities, ensuring solutions that deliver measurable outcomes

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership abilities, enabling your team to serve as both technical visionaries and strategic business partners to our enterprise customers.

What you bring:

• Experience leading technical teams in software/technology sales or consulting

• Track record of developing and scaling Solutions Architecture practices

• Strong business acumen with ability to balance technical excellence and business outcomes

• Success in building inclusive teams and fostering diverse perspectives

• Background in solution architecture or equivalent practical experience

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
