What You’ll Do
Partner with global GTM and Sales leadership to drive strategic decision-making through actionable insights and analytics.
Lead core operating rhythms—such as Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews—ensuring leaders have the data, context, and narratives they need to act quickly.
Design and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives that enhance sales productivity and operational performance.
Build and manage frameworks for performance inspection, KPI definition, and metric-driven accountability.
Translate complex data into clear stories that inform strategy, shape investments, and influence executive decisions.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to guide strategic trade-offs.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across the GTM organization.
Serve as a senior individual contributor with potential to lead as the organization grows.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, BizOps, RevOps, or similar analytical roles—ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Strong business acumen and experience driving data-informed strategy or transformation initiatives.
Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build analytical frameworks, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Advanced analytical fluency, including SQL proficiency and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
Demonstrated ownership and ability to influence across levels without formal authority.
Track record of defining and managing KPIs to drive business accountability and outcomes.
Adaptability in fast-paced, growth environments and comfort with ambiguity.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience leading or mentoring analysts or strategy professionals.
Familiarity with GTM systems, forecasting tools, or CRM platforms (HubSpot CRM preferred).
Background in sales productivity, forecasting, or revenue operations.
Exposure to AI or advanced analytics in business strategy or performance measurement.
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
