Manager - End User Computing Global Ops

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads a global team of senior level platform engineers responsible for design, testing, deployment, and problem resolution of enterprise end user technology.

• Applies essential skills and principles to manage the team's efficiency, and build a positive team environment

• Manage day-to-day ITSM incidents, requests and escalations ensuring best in class user experience.

• Administer enterprise support tools and platforms.

• Attend and conduct meetings with the business and IT teams to manage and deliver solutions.

• Produce ad hoc reports using PowerBI and other industry standard platforms.

• Employee management: 

  • Track time and attendance.

  • Conduct regular 1:1 meeting with team members.

  • Lead periodic (monthly and yearly) performance appraisals and development discussions.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• BS in Computer Science, or 5 - 7 years equivalent real world work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• CompTIA A+, Security, Cloud Certification

• AWS Cloud Certification

• Apple Support Professional Certification

• CCIE Certification

• ITIL Foundations Certification​

Skills and Competencies:

• ​Troubleshooting expert

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a challenging environment, multitask, and take ownership of tasks and projects until completion.

• Motivate and mentor the team and colleagues.

• Ability to engage and partner with IT and business SMEs to resolve complex problems.

• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience in a global organization.

• Exceptional knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

• Firsthand experience delivering and supporting client/ server computer solutions.

• Ability to manage personnel in person and remotely.

• Technical writing

Working Conditions:

• ​This is an in-office, or work from home position.

• Some travel required

Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000 annually

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
