What you will do here
As a member of the Learning and Development team, you will join us in helping everyone at Cloudflare build the career of their dreams by overseeing our learning management system, Workday Learning. You will play a critical role in designing and creating an intuitive and useful LMS. This includes (but not limited to) administering LMS activities and acting as the subject matter expert, maintaining data records, creating and running reports, testing courses, troubleshooting issues, and assigning user roles.
Key Responsibilities
Drives the configuration, monitoring, ongoing maintenance, and reporting within the LMS
Ability to prepare concise, accurate reports.
Create and manage user structures including the creation of user groups and learning cohorts
Identify, track and resolve system issues, ultimately driving improvements to the learning experience.
Works with cross-functional stakeholders to determine and define enhancements , ultimately creating a long-term plan for the growth and improvement of the LMS
Create a process for all stakeholders to successfully drive and measure participation, including monitoring completion rates
Maintain an advanced understanding of current trends in the Learning & Development industry to ensure we are taking advantage of the most up-to-date technologies and techniques.
What you’ll need
Minimum 3 years of experience as an LMS Admin, ideally with Workday Learning and/or experience utilizing Workday
Skill in organizing and presenting complex information to a variety of audiences
Skill in identifying problems, evaluating alternatives, and implementing solutions
Ability to prepare concise, accurate reports
Bonus if have knowledge of curriculum design including learning design models and tools
Highly proficient in Google Suite tools (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
Experience supporting a global population, remote experience a plus
Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
For Colorado-based hires and Washington hires: Estimated annual salary of $117,000 - $143,000
For New York City-based and California (excluding Bay Area): Estimated annual salary of $137,000 - $167,000
For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $144,000 - $176,000
