What We're Looking For
We’re looking for a Product Experimentation Analyst to strengthen our Experimentation team.
In this role, you will:
Drive data-informed decision-making across Product, Growth, and Marketing
Work on a wide range of experiment surfaces — from product features and user journeys to marketing campaigns, creatives, and acquisition funnels
Ensure experiments are well-designed, statistically sound, and actionable
You’ll combine deep methodological expertise with practical business sense while collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketers, and Designers.
What You’ll Do
Experimentation Data Products & Infrastructure
Own and maintain core experimentation datasets (assignment, fact, attribute tables)
Ensure integrations with attribution, marketing, and product data systems (dbt, BI, Appsflyer/Adjust)
Contribute to the Experimentation Platform roadmap
Experiment Design & Analysis
Design and analyze experiments across Product, Growth, and Marketing
Apply A/B tests, geo-experiments, platform lift studies, quasi-experiments, causal inference
Conduct meta-analyses to uncover broader learnings
Methodological Innovation
Develop surrogate/predictive metrics for faster decision-making
Research and implement methods when randomization isn’t feasible
Partner with Data Science on advanced modeling (incrementality, MMM, attribution)
Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature tests
Partner with Marketing and Creative teams on campaign and landing page tests
Advise teams running experiments or exploratory analyses
Enablement & Training
Build and deliver trainings, workshops, and playbooks to raise experimentation maturity
Identify decision pain points and design solutions to improve testing velocity and quality
Must-Have Competencies
Deep understanding of experimentation fundamentals and statistics
Hands-on experience running experiments in Product and/or Marketing
Mastery of SQL and Python
Strong cross-functional communication skills (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth)
Proactive, impact-oriented mindset, able to balance rigor with speed
Nice-to-Have Competencies
Experience with causal inference / quasi-experimental methods
Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and incrementality measurement
Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g. EPPO, Statsig)
Dashboarding skills (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Analytics engineering skills (dbt, Airflow, data modeling)
Leadership potential to mentor peers and grow into a domain lead
