IT Endpoint Engineer

What You Will Do:
Managing endpoint devices via Azure Intune to ensure that all devices are updated with the appropriate configuration and security policies
Manage incoming escalated tickets from the Service Desk for end user support regarding their Guidehouse issued laptops as well as the supported applications and policies installed on those devices
Manage cases with Microsoft support and other vendors to drive solutions to technical issues
Ensure that endpoint devices are patched and maintained at a minimum patch level to address vulnerabilities, software updates, etc.
Deploy applications to endpoint devices via Microsoft Intune for laptops and mobile devices
Engage with the Guidehouse IT Architecture team on new projects and new implementations of policies to ensure the security of Guidehouse and Guidehouse client data
Attend regular calls to discuss vulnerabilities within the environment and plan for their remediation
Attend regular team calls and contribute to the success of the Endpoint team goals
Work well with others in the Endpoint team as well as other parts of the IT organization to drive success
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of experience OR 12 years of experience can be substituted for degree
Minimum of 6 years’ experience with Microsoft Intune management methodologies regarding the security, application management, policy creation/management, health and monitoring of the service
Ability to obtain a National Security Clearance or a U.S. Federal Government Public Trust
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives effectively and on time
Attention to detail and the ability to understand complex issues and drive them to resolution
Demonstrated experience with scripting solutions using PowerShell
Flexibility and agility when working on multiple tasks as urgent needs arise along with the ability to prioritize when multiple urgent matters arise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with colleagues as well as leadership
Ability to work with others outside of IT and within IT within the framework of our Guidehouse RIISE principles
Ability to team well within the Endpoint team and other IT teams to drive solutions for the Guidehouse business
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with JAMF management for MacBooks
Experience in administrating BeyondTrust workstyles and configuration of policies
Experience PatchMyPC patch management solution
Experience with managing Defender policies
Experience with Qualys vulnerability management
Experience with Pharos serverless printing
The annual salary range for this position is $106,000.00-$176,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
