What You'll Do:    The Investigative Research Account Liaison position is responsible for delivering exceptional 'white glove' client-level service throughout the executive-level background screening process. This role provides personalized and attentive service to clients and candidates, serving as the primary point of contact and facilitating clear, timely communication throughout the investigative process. The Investigative Research Account Liaison conducts qualitative reviews of our suite of due diligence products before delivery to clients, involving comprehensive scrutiny of product content for accuracy, comprehensiveness, readability, and compliance with company policy. Strong analytical and organizational skills, along with writing/editing and communication abilities, are essential to this role, as is a keen attention to detail and effective decision-making and problem-solving skills. This position emphasizes effective communication with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience throughout the engagement. Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the entire workflow from case initiation to final product delivery to drive timely and efficient “white-glove” service while maintaining high-quality standards

  • Delivering exceptional, personalized service to clients and candidates as the primary point of contact throughout the investigative process..

  • Perform thorough qualitative reviews of due diligence products to ensure accuracy, comprehensiveness, readability, and compliance with company policies.

  • Ensure clear and timely communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams, providing regular updates on progress and findings.

  • Work closely with internal teams to refine and enhance products based on client feedback and industry’s best practices.

What You May Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in overseeing end-to-end business processes.  Strongly preferred one to two years of client-facing or customer support experience.

  • Adaptable/flexible; able to manage competing demands and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, accept and handle regular interruptions and manage/meet tight deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook

  • Exceptional communication skills, including presentation, written, and verbal abilities

  • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented; analytical thinker who proactively identifies and solves problems to achieve individual and organizational goals

  • Excellent time management and relationship-building skills

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities

  • Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service

  • Adaptable and flexible; able to manage multiple priorities, shifting demands, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred: 

  • Strong understanding of investigative and due diligence processes, products, and methodologies

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, LexisNexis, and internal systems such as Enterprise Advantage, WinESP, and GCM
