As an Inventory Analyst at Paula’s Choice, you will be responsible for the planning and allocation of finished goods inventory. This role will join a team that is central to all matters related to inventory management. We are adding new channels, countries and growing the business every day. You will have a significant impact on our ability to ensure the product is in the right place at the right time!

This role requires a self-motivated problem solver who has demonstrated success in simultaneously managing a variety of projects. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of exceptional written and oral communication skills and impeccable attention to detail who can help us continue to deliver the highest quality products to market. As a member of our team, this role will join a close-knit group of focused individuals with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

As an Inventory Analyst, a typical day might include a mix of the following:

  • Optimize inventory across multiple distribution nodes and channels, providing inbound/outbound forecasting by distribution center, and ensuring proper placement of goods to support global deployment strategies

  • Analyze and prepare a bi-weekly inventory deployment plan

  • Monitor service level, out-of-stocks, and expiry risk for channel

  • Manage inventory in support of new product launches and promotions

  • Operate as inventory deployment primary point person for designated channel, advising risk and opportunities to partner commitments

  • Primary liaison to Transportation team for domestic shipments, aligning on timing and volume to achieve revenue targets

  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports for management and other stakeholders

  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

The Details:

  • Location: We are based in Seattle, WA. Flexible to location, but local candidates are preferred.

  • Hours: Typical business hours PST

  • Physical requirements: Ability to sit and handle screen time for long periods of time

  • Travel requirements: Up to 10% domestic travel

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience with inventory allocation, warehouse, and logistics concepts

  • Experience with managing inventory flow between multiple distribution nodes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to navigate large data sets

  • Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, with strong communication skills

What can help you really stand out:

  • Experience working with ERP and WMS systems (NetSuite a plus)

  • Prior experience working with B2B business models

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:

$70,000 - $80,000 USD/annually
