Ensure reliability, scalability, compliance, and performance through rigorous testing, debugging, and monitoring of AI systems and integrations
Stay ahead of advancements in LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and AI platforms, applying them pragmatically to Figma’s ecosystem
Collaborate cross-functionally and document architectures, workflows, and communication models for transparency and reusability
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Proven experience building and deploying AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or LLM-powered applications in production
Deep understanding of agent architectures, multi-agent communication, and AI workflow automation
Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and APIs (LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.)
Strong understanding of API design, RESTful services, and SaaS integrations
Experience with MuleSoft or other iPaaS platforms is a plus, but not required
Prior experience designing AI for internal enterprise tools is highly desirable
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills.
