Summary
You will be part of a high-quality team that leads client implementation projects on the platform, being the focal point for the client and other suppliers with Pismo during these projects. This role is critical for the customer to quickly see value in their integration, ensuring adoption of the defined solution.
What you'll do
Oversee and take accountability for individual or group implementations.
Oversee technical teams, compliance teams and client service teams to provide a good experience to clients.
Research and resolve critical issues related to practice in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, e.g., product management, development, sales, and senior management.
Nurture relationships, defines consulting engagements to support relationship needs and sells the initiative.
Maintain quality client relationships with both internal and external clients to achieve excellent client satisfaction.
Identify business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience.
Define, maintain and enhance practice offering to support business objectives, strategic development roadmap and client business needs.
Design, enhances and implements practice offering to support specific client requirements and address market opportunities.
Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects from initiation through to closure.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in Banking, Fintech, and Program or Project Management.
Excellent organisation, team-building, coaching and mentoring, project management and time management skills.
Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills plus the ability to utilise judgement in decision-making processes and decisions related to job tasks.
Requires excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organised, professional manner.
Proven success in building relationships as well as the ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.
Experience working with or leading 2 or more agile teams at a time
Comfortable working in multiple time zones
