IAM Business Analyst
Role and Responsibilities:
Participates in the requirement gathering process of an IAM (Identity and Access Management) technical vision that can be articulated across functional groups, aligned with IAM projects, and delivers needed business agility.
Analyzes and documents functional & nonfunctional requirements for various IAM domains such as Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, Reporting, and Analytics
Prior experience in creating IAM governance documentation such as policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, role creation and management, SOD (Separation of Duties), and Access Reviews
Works independently with clients to capture IAM use cases and define IAM requirements and processes
Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed on project milestones and deliverables
Participates in multiple workstreams across projects
Create and deliver user training
Required Experience:
2+ years of requirement gathering experience for IAM projects (external consulting / professional services experience preferred)
Strong verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations
General knowledge of Cybersecurity principles
Ability to create workflows and diagrams using Visio or LucidChart
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
Be a strong team player with good communication skills
Awareness of Agile delivery methodology
Preferred Certifications:
Security+
IAM vendor certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, Okta, Azure AD, etc.)
CISSP
Educational Qualifications Desired:
Associates Degree in information technology; or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
