We are seeking an HR Operations Representative responsible for providing support to the HR team in a variety of areas, including HR policy and benefits administration, employee records management, onboarding and offboarding processes, and  visa applications. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation

  • Facilitate onboarding processes for employees

  • Support with visa applications, issuance, renewals, monitoring, and compliance

  • Provide occasional HR support to employees in other regions (Europe and Asia)

  • Collaborate with the global team for mobility and HR projects

You may be a good fit, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or related areas (HR experience is a plus but not required)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong cross-functional communication and problem solving skills

  • The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

  • A kind and collaborative nature and work style

Additional Information:

  • This position is part-time (20 hours per week)

  • Potential for transition to full-time in the future

  • Remote work arrangement
