Company Background
The Luxor team has built a range of solutions for Bitcoin mining and compute power, including an ASIC brokerage desk and RFQ platform, globally distributed mining pool, firmware, a wide variety of blockchain software, as well as hashrate derivatives markets and tools. Our hardware market has experienced a large growth in business and as such we are looking to add an operations team member.
This role will report to our VP of Business Development. This is a remote role. The candidate must be based in the Americas time zone.
Requirements:
Background in finance, accounting, data analytics, operations, or related experience.
Experience with business strategy, go-to-market plans, growth marketing and related fields.
Working knowledge of SQL (bonus for programming experience, Python preferred).
Familiarity with key commercial terms of legal contracts.
Strong level of resourcefulness and self-starter mentality.
Strong interest in Bitcoin Mining industry.
Responsibilities:
Managing listing, pricing, and inventory of hardware, overseeing optimal inventory levels, and providing sales team with accurate and timely inventory changes.
Coordinating and supporting sales execution and after-sales processes.
Coordinating with accounting team on accurately tracking all deals across the desk.
Work with our internal operations and logistics team as well as external vendors on tracking and deliveries.
KPI tracking / analysis using our internal databases and external data sources to drive insights for business strategy.
Developing and implementing process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
Collaborating cross-functionally on efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.
Leading and supporting operational tasks and projects, such as process implementations and procurement.
