GTM Training Specialist – Product Enablement Focus
📍 Location: Remote (Philippine-based) 📊 Reports to: Director, Revenue Enablement

First Advantage is seeking a GTM Training Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs that enable our go-to-market teams to confidently position and sell our products. If you’re passionate about translating complex product features into compelling value stories and driving readiness across Sales, Customer Success, and GTM functions, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do
Build and execute a GTM training roadmap aligned with product releases and strategic priorities.
Design engaging, modular programs covering product positioning, competitive differentiation, and solution selling.
Create enablement materials—pitch decks, product briefs, objection-handling guides—that make our products shine.
Deliver live and asynchronous training sessions tied to monthly and quarterly releases.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Enablement, and L&D to ensure training drives adoption and performance.
Track impact through metrics and feedback, continuously optimizing for effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in GTM enablement, product marketing, or training roles.
Strong understanding of B2B GTM motions and product lifecycle.
Proven experience designing and delivering training for Sales and Customer Success teams.
Tech-savvy with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with LMS platforms and asynchronous learning tools.
Bonus Points For:
Instructional design certification
Experience with AI-powered training tools
Ability to turn technical details into compelling stories
Important Note: The valid NBI Clearance is a must-have requirement during the interview process.
