This position is needed to shape the future of our GTM sales tools technology stack. Join our GTM Sales Automation (Tools Strategy & Governance) team to strategically shape our sales technology landscape. You’ll lead tool selection, optimization, support and governance to maximize adoption, ROI, and compliance. Collaborating with business partners and vendors, you’ll deliver impactful enhancements and data-driven insights that empower Sales Operations and GTM teams. This role is ideal for a results-oriented candidate who thrives on solving complex challenges and accelerating growth through cross-functional alignment and strategic execution
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Manage user access, permissions, and configurations within various sales tools to align with GTM strategies and segmentation
Provide expert-level support to the sales team on the effective use of all GTM sales tools, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance
Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and best practice guides to ensure high adoption and proficiency of sales tools, tailored for various GTM roles
Maintain a centralized inventory of all GTM tools, integrations, and licensing details
Develop, implement, and enforce governance policies and best practices for new tool evaluation to avoid duplication of tools
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales tool adoption, usage, and impact on key GTM sales metrics (e.g., pipeline generation, conversion rates, sales cycle).
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to sales tool effectiveness
Coordinate with Procurement and Finance to evaluate vendor performance, renewals, and ROI

*Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations or GTM Operations, with a strong focus on sales technology.
Proven hands-on experience with process automation tools relevant to GTM workflows
Experience with other common GTM sales tools (e.g. Outreach.io, Gong.io, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.) are highly desirable
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations that impact GTM strategy
Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM sales processes and methodologies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
Ability to collaborate with Product & Program managers to determine where external tools can solve a business need
Ability to question the status quo and think outside the box
Desired:
Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS GTM environment.
Certification in sales operations or specific sales tools (e.g. Salesforce certification)
Certified SCRUM Master or equivalent experience
Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
Location
This role will be remote, and based in Colombia.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
