Applies deep performance-marketing theory to every briefe.g. customer-awareness ladder, market-sophistication levels, new-mechanism framing, identity & tribe marketing, price-elasticity tests, offer stacking, risk-reversal hooks, urgency/scarcity triggers, AOV boosters, and persuasive frameworks (PAS, 4 Ps, ACCA). Spots positioning gaps others miss and crystallises them into clear why buy now angles.

Audience & Insight Research Engine
Runs a repeatable insight loop that taps multiple source types: post-purchase surveys, customer-service logs, product reviews, UGC & ad comments, social threads (Reddit/TikTok/Facebook groups), sales-call transcripts, Amazon listings, competitor creatives, industry reports, and cultural trends. Distils findings into messaging hierarchies, customer avatars, and actionable creative briefs that directly inform hooks, angles, and offers.
