income, franchise, and sales/use tax returns.
Oversee ASC 740 tax provision, deferred tax, and FIN 48 positions as part of U.S.
GAAP reporting.
Manage quarterly estimated tax payments, annual extensions, and true-up
processes.
Coordinate R&D tax credit studies, QSBS eligibility, and other incentive claims.

alignment with OECD and U.S. regulations.
Oversee global tax provisioning, including country-by-country impact analysis and
consolidation for financial reporting.
Advise on cross-border transactions, permanent establishment risks,

Proactively identify tax exposures, risks, and planning opportunities across
geographies.
Partner with Big 4 and regional advisors (KPMG, Deloitte, etc.) for U.S. and foreign tax audits, compliance reviews, and advisory projects.
Track tax law changes (U.S. and international) and communicate their impact on the company’s effective tax rate and operations.
Prepare and maintain tax documentation for audit readiness and transfer pricing defense files.
Qualifications
Education: CPA required.
Experience: 8–12 years of progressive experience in corporate taxation — strong
focus on U.S. federal and state tax, plus exposure to international tax and
transfer pricing.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 740, IRC, OECD guidelines, and transfer
pricing principles.
Experience working with Big 4 firms or managing external tax advisors.
