Global Benefits Analyst
Scopely is looking for a Global Benefits Analyst to join our People team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis working 2 days a week from the hub or the UK on a remote basis.

What You Will Do
We seek a dedicated and experienced Global Benefits Partner to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in developing and managing global benefits programs, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our workforce across multiple countries in EMEA and APAC. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in global benefits management, with a deep understanding of international benefits practices and compliance requirements. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented with excellent analytical, process improvement and project management skills. The ideal candidate can think strategically, collaborate effectively across global teams, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Design, implement, and manage global benefits programs, including health and risk insurance, retirement plans, wellness, leave of absence, and time off programs
Ensure all benefits programs comply with local, regional, and global regulations
Manage relationships with benefits vendors, ensuring high quality service delivery
Answer employee questions about their benefits, and partner with the benefits brokers and vendors to resolve issues
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives for global benefits processes
Analyze benefits benchmarking data and trends to assess current programs' market competitiveness and effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement
Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about benefits offerings, any changes to their benefits, and to promote wellness initiatives
Create and maintain detailed business process documentation. Support the configuration and testing of benefit plan information in Workday
Assist in creating and updating benefits and leave of absence policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with benefits management
In-depth knowledge of benefits programs, regulations, and best practices
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel
Excellent process optimization and process automation skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strategic thinking
Problem-Solving
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
