Finance Data Analyst
How You'll Make an Impact:
As a Finance Data Analyst, you will work closely with the rest of the Finance team, Business Intelligence team and cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. You'll play a key role in building scalable data solutions, refining financial reporting, and helping leadership understand key performance drivers through intuitive dashboards and analysis. This can be a highly visible role as the individual reports to the Director of Finance.

What You Bring to the Team:
Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports in Sigma using Snowflake data
Partner with Finance, BI, GTM, and Ops teams to define KPIs and build trusted datasets
Design and maintain robust data models for SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)
Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting surfaces
Translate business needs into technical solutions and visualizations
Support ad hoc analysis and decision-making with clear, actionable insights
What Sets You Up for Success:
2+ years of experience in BI or analytics roles, ideally in a SaaS environment for Finance
Proficient in SQL and experienced working with Snowflake
Strong hands-on experience with Sigma or comparable tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Deep understanding of financial and SaaS metrics
Clear and effective communicator—comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Bonus Skills to Stand Out (Optional):
Familiarity with financial planning tools like Adaptive
Python or R experience for advanced analysis or automation
Experience supporting Finance or Revenue Operations teams
