Executive Assistant to the Vice President
We are a thriving international education firm with expertise in helping international students from 30+ countries make successful transitions to US schools. We are seeking a Full-time executive assistant to support our Vice President. This is a fully remote role that can be done from anywhere in the world and requires a great deal of flexibility, both in terms of working hours and mindset. We are looking for people who are open-minded and have demonstrated experience in multicultural settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Editing PowerPoints based on request.
Editing contacts and other documents based on request.
Assist with data checking and verification assignments.
Assist with sales and marketing tasks on demand (not limited to acting as a sales assistant to close the case, or begin email marketing efforts, etc.)
Following up on leads and cases effectively as assigned by the Vice President.
Must demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and diplomacy when handling information of a sensitive and confidential nature.
Figure out ways to understand the VP's daily schedule and relieve the burden of his repetitive work.
Qualifications:
Strong skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PDF editing, One Drive
Strong analytical skills with a good command of business intelligence tools
Strong sales and marketing experience a bonus
Highly motivated, self-learner, and willing to step in on new assignments anytime with minimal instructions and guidance.
Strong collaborative communication approach.
Comfortable taking on a variety of tasks with competing priorities.
Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills.
Team player with a solutions-focused mindset.
Professional knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
Able to accommodate working in Sweden time zones.
All disciplines are welcome as long as have a willingness to take ownership of all assigned tasks.
Ideally studied abroad before but not a must
Most ideal to have worked in an international education company/industry
