Enterprise Marketing Lead
As Enterprise Marketing Lead you will…
Own and execute the enterprise marketing growth strategy
Design, build, and orchestrate a comprehensive business marketing engine that drives predictable pipeline and revenue growth
Own and craft Warp’s narrative and messaging for businesses ensuring we are telling a consistent and compelling story across all channels from marketing campaigns to sales materials and thought leadership
Develop scalable systems for campaign orchestration, lead management, and measurement
Develop and maintain detailed ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas, with a focus on enterprise customers
Manage offline marketing: assess opportunities and own the launch of offline campaigns, including first and third party events
Work closely with the Sales team to create tailored pitch decks, ROI models, and enablement materials that accelerate enterprise deal cycles and drive adoption of Warp across engineering organizations
You may be a good fit if...
6-8 years of B2B Marketing experience, ideally within developer tools, AI, or PLG-driven companies
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bring clarity and structure to fast-moving, high-ownership environments
Understand enterprise sales cycles and how marketing can create qualified opportunities
Are comfortable being both strategic and hands-on: you can architect campaigns and personally execute them end-to-end
Excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Product, and Data teams
Bring strong analytical rigor, able to dig into metrics, identify insights, and communicate performance clearly

Total compensation at Warp consists of two parts: 1) a competitive base salary, and most importantly, 2) meaningful equity.

The budgeted compensation amount for this role is targeted at USD $170,000-$222,000.
