Enterprise Business Development Representative
The Opportunity
The Enterprise Business Development Representative (Physician Partnerships) will be a foundational member of Grow Therapy’s Enterprise team — helping expand our national network of referring healthcare partners.
We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and mission-oriented prospector who thrives in building relationships from the ground up. You’ll identify and connect with leaders at Health Systems, multi-location PCP groups, and other large medical organizations to introduce Grow’s behavioral health partnership solutions.
This role blends the structure of enterprise sales with the pace of a startup, requiring a balance of thoughtful, account-based outreach and proactive cold calling. You’ll collaborate closely with the Enterprise Account Executives and leadership team to generate high-quality opportunities that directly contribute to Grow Therapy’s growth and impact.
This role reports to the VP of Provider Experience and offers a unique opportunity to help shape our enterprise go-to-market strategy while developing your career in healthcare sales.
What You'll Be Doing:
Research and identify high-value enterprise healthcare targets, including health systems, large PCP networks, and medical groups with 40+ physicians.
Execute outbound prospecting across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events), generating interest and qualifying leads for Enterprise AEs.
Conduct ~100 cold calls per week while maintaining high personalization and thoughtful account-based strategy.
Create tailored messaging and email sequences that speak to the specific needs, structure, and priorities of target organizations.
Book and confirm a minimum of 3 qualified demos per week for Enterprise AEs.
Collaborate with AEs on territory and account planning, contributing to strategy on outreach prioritization and messaging.
Maintain detailed activity and contact records in HubSpot to ensure visibility, accuracy, and forecasting reliability.
Represent Grow Therapy’s brand and mission with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times — both virtually and in person.
Contribute feedback and learnings from outreach conversations to refine value propositions, objection handling, and process improvements.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Provider Growth Associate (PGA) who’s passionate about improving access to mental healthcare and empowering providers to thrive in private practice.
In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective providers — guiding them through the initial onboarding process, helping them understand how Grow can support their goals, and ensuring they have an excellent experience from their first conversation to onboarding onto Grow’s platform.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a provider-facing sales role, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by clear goals and measurable impact. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that’s scaling Grow Therapy’s community of mental health providers across the country.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as the main point of contact for prospective providers, offering strategic business guidance to support them in opening and growing their private practices.
Deeply understand Grow’s mission, value proposition, and platform to tailor your approach to each provider’s needs.
Partner with 30+ new providers each week, customizing your outreach based on their license type, stage in practice, and location.
Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
Cultivate meaningful relationships with providers, earning their trust and enthusiasm for joining the Grow community.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and personal growth goals.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
You have 1+ years of Enterprise BDR or SDR experience, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or digital health.
You have a proven track record of exceeding outreach and demo targets through disciplined prospecting and creative outreach.
You’re comfortable balancing volume-driven cold calling with strategic, account-based research and outreach.
You’re confident engaging with C-suite executives, physician leaders, and administrative stakeholders.
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple enterprise accounts at once.
You’re motivated by mission-driven work — helping improve access to high-quality behavioral health care across the country.
Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt
Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is
Hybrid Commitment: $68,250 - $76,500 base + $22,750- $25,500 variable compensation
