If you're excited about bridging technical architecture with customer success, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
Key Skills
Deep knowledge of API-based integrations, data mapping, and middleware solutions.
5+ years of technical experience, including hands-on work with data transfer and integration protocols (API, FTP, ETL, data warehouse, BI tool integrations, SSO/SAML).
Proficiency in automation and middleware technologies.
Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a strong plus.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience scoping and costing professional services engagements.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience managing third-party vendors and navigating cross-functional projects.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical subject matter expert on Degreed’s architecture, integrations, and data capabilities.
Partner with clients pre- and post-sale to scope and plan complex technical projects.
Lead the design and delivery of custom solutions tailored to client business needs.
Build and maintain middleware and automation tools that support scalable, repeatable services.
Oversee integrations with third-party systems (LMS, HRIS, etc.), ensuring seamless interoperability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with engineering and support teams.
Apply commercial thinking to develop scalable service models and ensure profitability.
Contribute to the evolution of our Professional Services strategy through automation, standardization, and process improvement.
Maintain clear and thorough documentation of integrations, data flows, and technical designs.
Share best practices with clients and internal teams to promote successful implementations.
Compensation
We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total pay range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
