Job Summary
We’re seeking a project manager with the technical knowledge and organizational skills to oversee various civil and structural engineering projects from the quoting stage to final billing. Exactus works with multiple engineering partners to deliver these projects. This technical position will involve holding our engineering partners accountable to ensure projects are submitted on time and within budget, and that our clients are happy.
Qualifications And Skills
Has 3+ years of experience related to civil and/or structural engineering
Working experience with Canadian Building Codes (OBC, NBCC) and/or American Building Codes (IBC, ASCE)
Proficiency with AutoCAD (or similar software)
Experience with structural analysis software such as ETABS, RISA, and WoodWorks is preferred
Client & Relationship Management – Proven ability to build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical & Project Oversight – Experience managing third-party engineering teams, overseeing technical implementations, and driving projects to completion.
Problem-Solving & Execution – Skilled at anticipating challenges, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions within complex technical environments.
