We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Engineering Operations Lead to join our Engineering Operations team.
As a key member of this enablement team, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and ensuring our cross-functional teams deliver high-quality software efficiently.
You will achieve this by leveraging industry best practices, innovative processes, and state-of-the-art tools and working closely with Engineering Leaders and individual contributors
To thrive in this role, you should be proactive, collaborative, and outcome-driven.
Your daily work
Design and execute initiatives that foster engineering excellence across the organization, with a strong focus on leveraging automation and artificial intelligence;
Designing and supporting assessment methods to identify our organizational strengths and areas for improvement;
Developing and optimizing processes to consistently achieve high standards in software delivery, quality, and performance, aligning with industry best practices;
Partnering with leaders to equip them with the essential tools, actionable metrics, and appropriate resources they need to excel in their roles;
Developing innovative tools and user-friendly dashboards to empower our Tech Excellence vision, driving seamless execution and collaboration across our engineering teams.
Who we are looking for
A passionate individual with a broad, strategic perspective.A dedicated advocate for continuous improvement and a driving force behind transformative change;
Experience in Engineering Operations, Engineering, or a related field in a tech organisation;
Proven ability to lead and align initiatives, drive them to successful completion, and ensure the seamless adoption of change programs;
Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing landscapes;
Driven by a genuine passion for building high-performing teams that consistently thrive within a results-oriented, high-performing organization;
Knowledge of the software development cycle with experience in teams that have a strong DevOps culture;
Skilled in observing and influencing group dynamicsExceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
