  • Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering leaders to define team goals and priorities that align with company initiatives

  • Review technical designs and contribute to architecture decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable systems, considering short and long-term trade-offs

  • Foster a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing team culture based on trust, psychological safety, and continuous improvement

  • Mentor engineers in areas such as clean architecture, domain modeling, design patterns, testing, and overall engineering best practices

  • Facilitate team rituals such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and 1:1s

Compensation

The expected starting salary range is 80,000€ - 200,000€/year. Our top-of-market competitive compensation is based on market data, regional cost of living, employment type, background, skills, experience, and internal equity.

Benefits

We believe in supporting our team’s well-being and growth, wherever they are in the world.

  • Work from anywhere with significant overlap with Central European Time (CET)

  • Flexible work environment

  • Learning & development budget, including conferences and company offsites

  • If hired as an employee, all legally required benefits, including vacation, sick leave, healthcare, etc.

    • NOTE: Miaplaza will determine whether a candidate is employed as an employee or contractor based on business needs, work involved, and local labor laws.
