Contrast’s patented security instrumentation disrupts traditional AppSec approaches with integrated and comprehensive security observability that delivers highly accurate assessment and continuous protection of an entire application portfolio. The Contrast Runtime Security Platform enables powerful Application Security Testing and Application Detection and Response, allowing developers, AppSec teams, and SecOps teams to better protect and defend their applications against the ever-evolving threat landscape. • Establish clear metrics and KPIs to continuously evaluate adoption and feature usability to inform product strategy

  • Develop and nurture a world-class team

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize requirements across conflicting dimensions and to be clear on the minimum capabilities that matter

  • Strong customer empathy with a passion for simplifying the customer journey and user experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to lead, collaborate and influence via persuasion, perseverance and energy

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to learn quickly

  • Experienced at working in highly cross-functional environments

  • Technical degree, MBA preferred
