Who we are:

We are a team of hard-working marketers running a Premier Google Partner ad agency that’s ranked by Google in the top 1% of Google’s Partners worldwide.

We help grow businesses large and small. Most of our clients are located in the United States, and our team members are located across North America, South America, and Europe.

Who we're looking for:

We need an expert marketing director / content manager to help grow our agency! This is a remote (work from home) position.

The person we hire will take ownership of our agency’s marketing efforts for our own business growth (not for our clients). You will oversee all aspects of marketing our agency while specifically prioritizing strategic content creation and distribution. This dual-role position will require expertise in marketing leadership, coupled with a deep understanding of content creation, optimization, and distribution.

This position requires both a strategic and a hands-on approach. While you will delegate some content creation tasks, and implement automation where appropriate, you will also be personally responsible for creating and distributing content across our various social channels, email list, and other digital platforms.

This is a long-term position. We’re looking for someone who can be an integral part of our team from Day #1 and ongoing, and who is excited by the potential to help significantly grow our business and to personally and professionally grow within our agency.

Key responsibilities of this position:

  • Craft, implement, and oversee full-funnel, holistic marketing strategies that align with company objectives.

  • Develop, manage, and refine a content calendar that seamlessly integrates with our overarching marketing initiatives.

  • Create quality, engaging, strategically targeted content that aligns with our brand, both via your own execution efforts as well as by using additional internal or external talent.

  • Supervise the content creation process, ensuring top-tier quality, consistency, and alignment with our brand voice.

  • Collaborate with other members of our team to ensure synchronized and impactful content delivery.

  • Ensure the consistent, effective distribution of our content in various forms (written, audio, video, memes, etc.) across all relevant social channels, email list(s), and digital platforms.

  • Manage our responses to the feedback we receive from our marketing efforts, including public comments made on our social posts.

  • Analyze content performance metrics, gleaning insights and adjusting strategies for optimum engagement and conversion.

  • Build and manage a content team over time, nurturing talent and upholding the highest standards of excellence.

  • Stay attuned to content and marketing trends, ensuring our brand remains relevant and innovative.

Compensation:

Compensation for this position begins at $5,000 per month. This amount is negotiable for particularly well-qualified candidates.

Growth opportunities:

  • You will report directly to the CEO and executive team.

  • Over time, you will oversee the building and management of our marketing team.

  • Success in this position will ultimately be measured by the consistent conversion of marketed-to audiences into leads and clients.

  • We actively promote from within. We intend to give you more responsibility, increase your compensation, and promote you to our executive team as you demonstrate sustained success and build out a team beneath you.

The ideal candidate:

1. Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Previous content management responsibility for a B2B professional services brand(s), during which you ensured consistency, quality, and alignment with the brand’s business objectives.

  • Proven team leadership ability in previous role(s).

2. Key Skills:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to devise long-term strategies to achieve business goals.

  • Analytical Skills: Understand and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of content marketing campaigns.

  • Creativity: Bring innovative ideas for content and marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency with Marketing Tools: Familiarity with content management systems, analytics tools, and other marketing software.

  • Excellent Communication: Ability to articulate your strategies to team members above and beneath you in the org chart, and also ensure that the brand's external messaging is consistent and effective.

3. Personal Traits:

  • Leadership: Inspire and lead a team, fostering creativity and motivation.

  • Adaptability: The digital marketing landscape changes rapidly. You should be able to pivot strategies as needed.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure that content is free of errors and aligns with brand guidelines.

  • Curiosity: A desire to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in content marketing.

4. Portfolio/Track Record:

  • Past Successes: Demonstrated achievements in previous roles, preferably with metrics showcasing growth or other KPI improvements.

  • Diverse Experience: Exposure to different industries or types of content can be beneficial.

Make sure you’re comfortable with:

  • Remote working. This is a remote (work from home) position.

  • Taking ownership of your responsibilities and being accountable for your performance.

  • Working collaboratively with the executive team and your other colleagues to solve problems and deliver the best results.

Our company’s values:

Integrity: Honesty is vital. We must be honest with ourselves, with our colleagues, and with our clients. We tell clients exactly what we are doing for them, and what we can or can't do to help them. If we make a mistake, we own it.

Responsibility: We are here to solve problems for clients. We are constantly looking for ways to provide more value to our clients. How do we help them succeed? How do we help our colleagues succeed? We don't shirk work. We look for more of it. By being proactive, we stand out from the crowd and win our clients' trust.

Care: We're not just in this for the money. We genuinely want our clients to be successful. We understand that we're making an impact, that we are helping businesses create jobs and put food on the table for their families. We value that trust and do not abuse it.
