PeopleGrove is seeking a driven and experienced Director of Implementation Services to onboard our higher education partners using our cutting-edge product suite. The Director of Implementation Services will manage a team of implementation experts for PeopleGrove products and solutions, ensuring on-time, cost-contained project delivery with high customer satisfaction. This role requires senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll DoImplement PeopleGrove’s Product Suite· Oversee successful implementation of PeopleGrove products and solutions across customer portfolio· Drive operational excellence and predictability in project management· Master PeopleGrove’s product features and capabilities and contribute to implementation and configuration projects as needed· Ensure proper resource planning and capacity management· Enhance PeopleGrove's project delivery methodology and drive adherence and adoption with internal and external stakeholders· Take command and control of escalated projects internally and externally· Identify project risks early and devise response strategies· Participate in sales process for proper scoping and resourcing· Partner cross-functionally to set appropriate stakeholder expectations· Coach, mentor and enable PeopleGrove consultant to advise clients on project scope, timelines, deliverables while enabling customers long-term success beyond initial engagement· Build strong cross-functional and customer relationships· Generate key customer references through high-quality delivery· Support Scope of Work creation and Change Order approvals· Navigate business challenges with ownership mindset to achieve organizational goalsTravel to customer sites as neededEnhance Customer Retention and Engagement

  • Partner with Customer Success to promote new features, gather customer feedback, and share success stories to improve customer satisfaction scores.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Learning teams to design user adoption campaigns, renewal strategies, and integrated engagement campaigns.

  • Strategies and playbooks aligned with overall GTM approach.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Support team growth and development by mentoring and collaborating with cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and performance excellence.

  • Provide guidance and leadership in developing junior team members, enabling them to take on greater responsibilities and achieve career growth

Who You Are

  • 7 to 10 years leading consulting services delivery teams in a SaaS environment

  • Proven experience with forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning

  • Strong analytical thinking and systems perspective

  • Ability to translate details into big-picture strategic view

  • Experience adapting to rapidly changing products and customer needs

  • Track record building high-performing teams and managing underperformers

  • Experience with risk mitigation and escalation management

  • Strong leadership presence in presentations and communications

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience.

  • Experience in higher education technology.
