The trust and safety of our customers’ communications will be in your hands!.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve the technical strategy for the Twilio Lookup product, reimagining it as a core data intelligence engine that powers both standalone data use cases and the new fraud product suite.

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Data Science, GTM, and other cross-functional leaders to shape product strategy and ensure alignment on business goals.

  • Drive a culture of innovation, velocity, and quality, fostering an environment of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee the development of a highly scalable, real-time B2B fraud platform that Twilio's customers will use to protect their own applications.

  • Champion engineering and operational best practices, establishing metrics and processes for monitoring system health, performance, and customer impact.

  • Manage team budget, headcount planning, and resource allocation to align with strategic priorities.

  • Communicate the vision, strategy, and status of your organization effectively to a wide range of audiences, from individual engineers to senior executives

  • Proven ability to set a technical vision and drive it to execution, making critical architectural decisions for large-scale distributed systems.

  • Strong product sense and experience working closely with product management to define and deliver on a product roadmap.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, align, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company.
