  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure manufacturability, cost optimization, and high-quality delivery.

  • Manage and monitor key product metrics such as adoption, revenue, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.

  • Support Flex’s sustainability goals by driving energy-efficient and thermally optimized product solutions.

The Experience We’re Looking to Add to Our Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management within the Data Center, High-Performance Computing (HPC), or Enterprise IT industry.

  • Deep understanding of rack-level integration, modular systems, and liquid or advanced thermal management technologies.

  • Proven track record in bringing hardware products from ideation through launch and sustaining.

  • Ability to synthesize technical details into customer value propositions and business impact.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across diverse global teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to use data to support product decisions and trade-offs.
