Compensation - 106,000,000 COP a year
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for guiding customers through HubSpot software setup, tool training and strategy, and initial campaign planning. Our customers vary in size and come from many different industries, so we are looking for motivated team members who have strong communication skills, business and technical acumen, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and the desire to improve internal Onboarding operations through a variety of projects. Ultimately, your engagement ensures customers achieve solution mastery and grow better with HubSpot. In this role, you'll get to:
Manage a diverse portfolio of businesses implementing HubSpot by delivering onboarding services focused on three key outcomes: 1) Accelerate time-to-value; 2) Encourage expansion into new product capabilities; and 3) Drive sustained product adoption and renewal;
Demonstrate subject-matter expertise and the ability to provide strategic recommendations that help customers optimize processes and implement successful business strategies;
Lead customers through system education that drives activation and promotes ongoing product;
Evaluate customers business requirements, tech stack, and strategic objectives in order to define their implementation roadmap and ongoing growth strategy;
Guide customers through product configurations, campaign set up, solution integrations, and reporting to promote user adoption and expansion into new features and functionality;
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Solutions and Product as applicable to implement an exceptional customer experience; and
Provide consultative value positioning with existing customers leading to net-new sales opportunities for Services and Product.
We are looking for people who:
Have experience consulting customers through implementation and/or ongoing usage of SaaS platform technologies;
Can manage multiple implementations and/or service deliveries simultaneously, driving customer success and maintaining positive attainment of respective metrics;
Can advise on technical elements, including integrations and APIs, as well as strategic aspects of customer growth with HubSpot;
Can effectively utilize AI solutions and other internal resources to independently address customer issues and continue to grow individual knowledge; and
Demonstrate a growth mindset by seeking out learning opportunities across the organization.
Have a business level English and Spanish. (Portuguese is a plus)
