Creative Project Manager
Typeform is fully remote by design. For this role, we can hire candidates based in the ET timezone in the US.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to help keep our creative engine running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day flow of creative work across marketing—making sure projects are well‑scoped, clearly tracked, and delivered on time.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and momentum. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and external partners to bring creative work from brief to delivery—while improving how we plan, track, and scale our output.
Things you will do:
Own day‑to‑day creative project delivery
Manage creative projects from intake to final delivery, including timelines, task tracking, reviews, and approvals.
Build clear workback schedules, flag risks early, and keep stakeholders informed.
Be the hub for communication and clarity
Share regular project status updates, highlighting progress, blockers, and next steps.
Coordinate feedback and reviews so creatives receive clear, actionable input.
Act as a dependable point of contact for project questions and routing.
Support scalable creative operations
Help transition and maintain creative workflows in our project management tool (e.g. Asana).
Ensure projects are consistently structured, up to date, and easy to report on.
Support documentation, templates, and ways of working that improve predictability and efficiency.
Manage assets and delivery
Coordinate final asset delivery with creatives, agencies, and localization partners.
Ensure files are delivered on time, named correctly, and stored in line with our DAM and file‑structure standards.
Help keep our asset library clean, searchable, and reliable as content volume grows.
What you already bring to the table:
You’re someone who:
Communicates proactively and clearly—especially around timelines, risks, and priorities.
Is highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
Stays calm under pressure and brings structure to fast‑moving situations.
Builds strong working relationships across creative, marketing, and external teams.
Takes ownership and follows through on commitments.
You have experience with:
Experience in fast‑growing or high‑volume creative environments, preferably in SaaS.
Project management tools like Asana (or similar), including templates, workflows, and dashboards.
Managing creative workflows involving briefs, reviews, revisions, localization, and delivery.
Digital asset management systems and structured file organization.
Coordinating with designers, copywriters, and external agencies.
Navigating Figma files to support reviews and handoffs (no design work required).
Working with localization workflows or international teams.
Exposure to agency management or vendor coordination.
Familiarity with brand or content strategy concepts.
No one likes a guessing game — that’s why we're transparent about the salary range for this role. In addition to the base, we offer a 5-10% bonus depending on your level and performance. The range is broad because we tailor total compensation based on your location, experience, education, and skillset. We also want to ensure equitable pay across the team and alignment with market data — but let us handle those details. We’re committed to clarity and honesty, so feel free to ask us anything along the way.
Pay range
$80,000—$100,000 USD
