About the job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contingent Workforce Program Specialist to support our global contingent workforce program. In this role, you will manage and streamline end-to-end processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management for non-employees, referred to as Twilio’s contingent workforce. You’ll act as a primary point of contact for global inquiries and collaborate closely with multiple teams, including but not limited to HR, Procurement, IT, and third-party vendors to drive process and adoption.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Utilize Beeline vendor management system (VMS), Workday, and ServiceNow to perform transactions and deliver operational support to employees and internal stakeholders
Own and manage the full lifecycle process for onboarding and offboarding contingent workforce resources
Ensure data integrity within Beeline vendor management system (VMS) and Workday by conducting regular audits and maintaining accurate workforce records
Document, update, and communicate core contingent workforce processes to users and cross-functional partners
Be a subject matter expert on contingent workforce policies and processes, providing guidance to managers and external partners
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies
Deliver training and ongoing support to cross-functional team members on system usage and program procedures
Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives in support of the contingent workforce program

*Required:
4+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record of providing direct support to customers or employees
Proficiency working with HR or ticketing systems (e.g., Beeline VMS, Workday, ServiceNow)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading projects
Strong skills in prioritization, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication
Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a desire for continual process improvement
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
Desired:
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and Vendor Management Systems
Experience working with external vendors
Knowledge of employment classifications and risks
Location
This role will be Remote and based in Colombia
Travel
