You won't be handling direct customer service—instead, you'll be the key player translating customer challenges and demands into actionable solutions alongside our engineering team.

What You'll Be Doing
Investigate & Identify: Analyze collection operations to pinpoint friction points in the customer journey and uncover improvement opportunities.
Translate Customer Voice: Collect, interpret, and prioritize customer feedback and demands, turning insights into clear technical requirements.
Bridge Teams: Work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to propose and implement the best solutions for collection challenges.
Drive Strategy: Monitor key performance indicators and suggest data-driven strategies to increase debt recovery rates.
Connect the Dots: Serve as the crucial link between business needs, data insights, and technology solutions.

Advanced/fluent english for communication

Collections Experience: Previous experience in debt recovery, collections, or related financial operations.
Technical Curiosity: Comfort working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints.
Data Analysis Tools: Familiarity with analytics platforms and data visualization tools.
