As a key team member, you'll contribute to the technical direction of our endpoint infrastructure, focusing on innovative automation, observability, and fleet management solutions for Linux devices. You will be involved in developing and maintaining endpoint observability strategies, including monitoring, logging, and analytics, to ensure that we have a complete picture of device health and management across the entire fleet.
You will automate and manage data collection jobs and create reporting on endpoint fleet observability to drive efficiency and insights for cross-functional teams.
You’ll help maintain and document services built internally by the NCSE team that help provide software and configuration to workforce devices.
You’ll occasionally design, build, and maintain new NCSE services that serve endpoint-related business needs.
You’ll serve on a one-week on-call rotation with other NCSE team members, during which you will be responsible for answering operational requests within business hours and available for (infrequent) emergency pages after hours.
