Doximity is seeking a results-oriented Client Success Manager to build strong, trusted partnerships with Doximity Talent Finder clients. The role is responsible for successful management of client objectives from kickoff through renewal, and collaborating with Sales partners to grow existing business.

The objective of this role is to drive successful adoption of the Talent Finder product and advise clients on defining, implementing, and realizing their physician recruitment needs and goals. You will become an expert in the Doximity product suite, partnering with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify at-risk accounts to contribute to a high rate of subscription renewals. You will likewise partner with your clients to ensure Talent Finder becomes an irreplaceable part of their recruitment process and strategy. It will take a strong communicator with excellent organization skills to be successful in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients, ensuring they are trained and effectively using the product on a consistent basis in line with their defined objectives and strategy

* Proactively monitor trends in product adoption and utilization, identifying at-risk clients and working across internal teams to address those risks

* Create and present executive business reports quarterly or as needed, analyzing results and developing appropriate strategies for improvement

* Strategically partner with Sales partners to position for upsell and renewal opportunities

* Manage timelines for all assigned clients and provide regular status updates to the Talent Finder leadership team, including high-risk clients and clients with high upsell potential

* Own client strategy and content creation for specified client campaigns

* Participate in planning of webinars, user conferences and email campaigns

* Role model a commitment to remaining up to date with all internal processes and the improvement of internal documents, presentations and processes

* Assist in coaching junior team members on client success management best practices and building culture within a growing Client Success and greater Talent Finder team

* Maintain a strong knowledge of the healthcare and social recruitment industry to enable consultative and collaborative client relationships

* Ability to travel to client locations as needed

Required Qualifications:

* 4-7 years of experience in client-facing client success management, account management, healthcare consulting or healthcare recruiting roles

* Track record of delivering results and meetings sales targets

* Experience working independently and being personally accountable for assigned client accounts

* Experience analyzing financial, user behavior and/or clinical data

* Experience presenting to large, remote and in-person audiences

* Highly organized, able to coordinate large amounts of information across multiple projects/regions

* BA/BS required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with hospitals, physicians and/or healthcare companies strongly preferred

* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and problem solving skills

* Excellent attention to detail, project management and time management skills

* Ability to draft and advise publish-ready client content creation without supervision

* Ambitious and driven, thriving in fast-paced and demanding environment

* Teamwork mentality and willingness to assist wherever needed, enthusiasm to grow our business

* Strong capabilities with Excel, Word and PowerPoint/Keynote (Mac experience a plus)

* Experience with developing and delivering onsite training and webinars, a plus
