Bobtail is currently seeking a Compliance Lead to join our growing fintech team! As an early member of Bobtail’s fintech program, you will design and implement compliance programs from the ground up, manage bank partner and regulatory relationships, and collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to build a fully compliant, customer-friendly experience.
You should apply if you have:
4 years of B2B sales/ customer service experience
You are fluent in Spanish and English
Relevant knowledge and experience in cloud computing - Salesforce is a plus
Ability to quickly learn new web-based technologies
Confidence, as well as strong verbal & written communication skills when interacting with clients
Ability to discover and understand customer needs and meet those needs with a successful product sale
A motivated, driven, self-starter...We love those with grit and accountability!
You will be responsible for:
Interact with clients to introduce yourself as the point of contact for all client needs prior to activation
Maintain client relationship with consistent follow ups to strengthen client rapport through Salesforce tasking.
Facilitate the best customer experience and ensure all client needs are met
Follow up to collect required documents from clients and facilitate account activations
Collaborate with all stakeholders – account executive, onboarder & account manager to facilitate a successful client journey from sales to account managers.
Document - log all communication notes in Salesforce to document client journey
Communicate - We are committed to growth, so your ability to communicate users’ experiences and understand when and where to escalate is essential
