Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
This key position requires someone who is able to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of ExtraHop’s products and technologies, competitive products, and industry trends. You are primarily responsible for increasing revenue through gaining access to large enterprise opportunities via an agreed list of partners.
Develop a partner program strategy that drives engagement from reseller and referral partners
Work with channel ops on the operational framework for tracking partner engagements, status, and compliance within the ExtraHop partner program
Develop the partner lifecycle and engagement points during each stage
Identify new markets and partners to help scale within those regions
Work closely with large partners to build customized sales programs
Work cross-functionally with sales, support, product management, finance and legal to build business alignment
Work closely with sales enablement and partner marketing to build outstanding partner enablement, communication and engagement plan
Develop and execute New Partner Agreements for AMS/EMEA/APAC/LATAM - including reseller, distributor, referral, authorized via distributor.
Required Qualifications
At least 7-10 years working with channel partners in developing partner programs - specifically in security, networking, software and/or enterprise
Experience with partner on-boarding, creating partner agreements, reporting, marketing and partner enablement.
Experience with executive level engagements and communication
Self-starter and able to create structure out of ideas and concepts
Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
Has predictable, reliable attendance.
The salary range for this role is $120,000 -$138,000 + 50/50 split + benefits
