Business Systems Analyst - Partner Systems & Automation
HubSpot's Business Systems Analysts contribute to the mission of helping millions of organizations grow better by developing and supporting technology for HubSpot employees. The Partner Systems & Automation team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to manage and scale internal systems for our partner programs, with focus on the App Partner Program, collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve partner program systems. Business Systems Analysts focus on high-impact, large, cross-functional initiatives that solve pain points for partner operations teams. They also enable our employees to be more efficient in serving HubSpotters and partners by simplifying and automating processes through low and no-code solutions.
In this role, you will
Become an expert in our systems and have a clear understanding of the current pain points and business problems that the partner team is facing
Identify opportunities to drive efficiency, continuous improvements and scale through automation and AI in our systems
Work closely with business partners, PMs and engineers to understand problems and find the best available solution
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with the overall business/system strategies and planned projects
Build customized solutions on our in-house and third-party applications
Spec, build and monitor system integrations
Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met
Relentlessly focus on quality and impact - quality of data, performance, user experience, etc.
Leverage data to identify areas of high-impact
We are looking for someone with
3 years of relevant work experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related field
Experience implementing third-party systems and low-code/no-code automations
Strong communication and organizational skills to be able to work with a variety of stakeholders
Experience with data analysis and the ability to write, read and modify SQL queries
Familiarity with data modeling, data integration, data transformation, ETLs and RESTful APIs
Experience integrating AI Model APIs into existing systems (Via RESTful APIs or Workflow automation tools), including prompt engineering, error handling and performance optimization
Experience with workflow automation tools and/or CRM systems framework
Proven adaptability, such as pivoting your role, strategy, or perspective based on new information or business needs
Empathy for our customers and end-users
Strong technical acumen and enjoys digging into systems to understand and troubleshoot problems
A knack for solving hard problems in a fast-paced working environment
Cash compensation range: 57600-86400 USD Annually
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
