Business Systems Analyst - FinTech Reporting

HubSpot is looking for a technical Business Systems Analyst to join our growing FinTech team. In this role, you’ll use your technical and analytical expertise to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that empower our Finance and Accounting teams. You'll help drive automation, enhance reporting capabilities, and optimize financial operations across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end implementation of finance technology projects — from requirements gathering to post-go-live enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions for Capital Expenditures, Financial Reporting, and Compliance workflows
Configure SaaS tools and build integrations using platforms like Workato or Zapier
Maintain and improve core financial systems, supporting month-end close and upgrade activities
Partner cross-functionally to assess tools, define architectures, and shape roadmaps
Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure business impact
Champion scalable, iterative development that improves user experience
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has strong experience with Accounting and Finance processes in large environments
Understands SaaS application management, including configuration and integration
Is familiar with enterprise processes like Procure-to-Pay, Capital Expenditures, Payroll, and Budgeting
Has worked with tools like Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or Snowflake
Brings fluency with Workato, Zapier, SQL, or APIs (coding is a plus, not required)
Has supported SOX, GDPR, or similar compliance efforts
Communicates effectively and contributes to strategic product roadmaps
Is data-driven and passionate about continuous improvement and governance

Cash compensation range: 100000-150000 USD Annually
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
