Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Business Process Manager located in Remote US.
Reporting to the Director, Business Excellence the Business Process Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Operations Senior Leadership Team, driving cross-functional alignment, cultural transformation, and operational excellence through leadership, project management, and change enablement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to drive process improvements across the organization.
What a typical day looks like:
Develop and deploy robust playbooks for Critical Power Systems and Processes
Coordinate and align business processes across multiple regions to ensure consistency and efficiency on a global scale.
Drive a continuous improvement culture while implementing the strategic roadmap to achieve breakthrough performance in working capital, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
Facilitate OpEx staff meetings and leadership workshops.
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and updates for leadership reviews.
Lead up, across, and throughout the organization to influence decision-making, align priorities, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Establish and maintain project governance structures, including steering committees, decision-making protocols, and escalation paths.
Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery and performance.
Serve as a facilitator to guide discussions and drive consensus among stakeholders, extending and building new resources/capabilities to incorporate into the knowledge base.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes and improvements for Tier 1, 2, 3, etc.
Work closely with Business Excellence Managers to ensure alignment and successful execution of the CPS Strategy.
Collaborate closely with OpEx and Autonomation team to integrate new technologies and systems to enhance business processes and drive innovation.
Act as a delegate of the OpEx Director in day-to-day activities.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team,
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience working in matrixed organizations and with senior leadership teams.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials, sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and/or program administration or related experience.
Strong strategic thinking and organizational planning skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to lead change and influence across all levels of the organization.
High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
