Business Operations Associate - Clinical
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Business Operations Associate for the Clinical Team. This position works closely with the Clinical team on initiatives and projects to monitor performance, validate outcomes, identify improvement opportunities that can be leveraged strategically, clinically and operationally. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of clinicians and operations team members, reporting directly to our Sr. Manager of Business Operations, Clinical.
What You'll Be Doing:
Create scalable systems, automations, workflows and operational processes to support clinical quality operations
Track and maintain metrics to monitor progress against clinical OKRs
Identify and implement innovations to maximize quality, speed and efficiency of the Clinical Excellence team
You'll Be a Good Fit If:
You have at least 3 years of experience in business operations and strategy at a startup or consulting firm
You have experience in automating manual processes
You’ve worked alongside or within Clinical teams
You’re proficient in Google sheets (required)
You’re also skilled in building workflows in Hubspot (preferred)
You have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ideas, prioritize, scope, document, and communicate a clear plan of action
Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is
Hybrid Commitment: $114,000-$133,000 USD Annually
Fully Remote Commitment: $95,000–$111,000 USD Annually
This role can be hybrid (onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) or fully remote. Both arrangements include travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites). The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate’s working location.
